She worked in several positions requiring a high level of people skills before taking a position with what was then Raine & Horne Landsborough as administrator and property manager for the Principal Col MacNamara in 1988. She has gained a wealth of knowledge in Real Estate over the last 17 years having "hands on" experience with all aspects of the industry in the Hinterland and has done several courses during this period to keep up to date with industry changes and provide the best possible service to our clients and customers. Last year she took the big step and bought Monarch Realty from Sandy Pratten. Keith moved to the Sunshine Coast 5 years ago, settling in Golden Beach where along with his wife successfully operated a take away shop. After a few years they sold and bought another in Mooloolaba which after about 12 months they were given an offer they couldn’t refuse and sold as well.
Prior to this Keith worked as a contract builder in the central west and north west regions of NSW for 20 years. Upon the sale of his last shop Keith decided to incorporate his building knowledge with a new career in real estate. Gaining his real estate sales certificate Keith joined an agency in Maroochydore, after a period of twelve months he joined the dynamic team at Monarch Realty. Keith takes pride in his strong work ethic, integrity and his can do attitude. With his willingness to go that extra yard for his clients they quite often become friends as well.
